How to Check SIM On CNIC Number of Active Under Your CNIC
If you don’t know how many active SIM cards are under your CNIC you should find out. There are two easy ways to do it:
Online check SIM number through CNIC in Pakistan:
- Go to the PTA SIM Information Website.
- Enter your CNIC number.
- Prove you’re not a robot.
- Click ‘Submit.’
You’ll see a list of all the SIM cards under your CNIC divided by the mobile company. It also tells you how many SIM cards you have in total.
Through SMS
- Open your text messaging app.
- Type your CNIC number without any hyphens.
- Send it to 668.
You’ll get a reply showing how many active SIM cards you have for each mobile company. Each SMS you send to 668 costs PKR 2 + tax.

If you have a SIM card you don’t use it’s a good idea to block it. To do this:
- Go to the nearest office of the mobile company.
- Show your CNIC and fill out a form to block the SIM card.
